Minister of Fertilizers and Chemical Govt. of India is Member of Parliament in Rajya Sabha (Upper House of the Parliament). He is a seasonal sports administrator and a sports enthusiast. He is President of the Punjab Olympic Association and Member of the Executive Committee of the Asian Cycling Confederation. He has been nominated as the Chairman of the Games Village Committee for the Commonwealth Games Committee 2010. The Standard of the Sport of Cycling in the Country has vastly improved under his Presidentship.

He has been the Vice President of the Cycling Federation of India and has organized a numbers of National and International Cycling Events in New Delhi. He had honor of being the Manager of Indian Cycling Team which participated in the Asian cycling Championship held in Malaysia. Onkar Singh a Law graduate and been sportsman and a sports administrator. He is connected with numbers of sports, been Secretary General of Gymnastic Federation of India and organizing Secretary for the Asian Junior Gymnastic Championships, New Delhi 1993. At present he is chairman of the Cycling Association of Delhi and has organized a number of successful National Cycling Events in Delhi. He has been closely associated with the organization of Bangaluru Cyclothon 2009 and Mumbai Cyclothon 2010.
David McQuaid
Hailing from Ireland, David McQuaid brings to the equation invaluable
competition and organisational experience. A key person is the success
of India's first Internationally ranked cycling event, the Mumbai
Cyclothon 2010, David comes from one of Ireland's most famous cycling
families.
An International rider himself until 2001, David's family hold the
Irish Olympic family record, from having eight family members
represent Ireland on the Olympic stage since 1948.
David's own International career started with a Sports Scholarship at
Dublin's University College Dublin, where he studied Business & Law.
From there it was events worldwide, including the World Championships
(San Sebastian '97, Verona '99) and European Championships (Sweden
'98, Lisbon '99 & Warsaw 2000).
Calling an end to competitive cycling in 2002, he had accumulated
various victories domestically and internationally as a rouleur.
National Espoir Champion in 1999 was a domestic highlight.
Since exiting the competitive ranks, he has gained immense experience
from an organisational role. Ten years at the HC ranked Tour de
Langkawi, four years at the famous Tour de France and 3 years as
Finish Director at the UCI 2.1 Tour of Ireland.
Bringing this experience to India in 2010, he hopes to roll it forward
into future events and ensure that the world's best cyclists come to
India to compete on excellent courses in front of the world's best
media.
Mr.V.N. Singh
Deputy Organizing Secretary, Gitanjali Tour De Delhi
VN Singh working with the Cycling Federation of India as Asst. Secretary is an Ex. Air Force officer. A keen Cyclist, who have won numbers of Medals in the National Cycling Championship while representing Services. He has been the Coach for the services team as well as the National team for numbers of years. He is a National Commissars and acted as Chief Commissar in many National Championships. He was the Chief Commissar in Bangaluru Cyclothon and also acted as Asst. Chief Commissars in Mumbai Cyclothon. He is presently working on an important post of Sports Manager (Cycling) in the Organizing Committee Commonwealth Games New Delhi 2010.
